We’re the like-minded adventurists you’ve seen around town. We like to talk shop, discover fresh trails, and we have banded together with the motorcycle community to support it and keep it thriving. Whether you need legal advice or just a trip recommendation – we’re close by and ready to ride.
We’re more than just lawyers for motorcycle riders. We’re fixtures in the Osceola County motorcycle community – familiar faces who want to see you safe and at the next meet up.
You’ve seen us at Biketoberfest Fest and Lutzapalooza, or maybe we crossed paths at the Matt Miller Motorcycle Challenge. We’ve shared stories with friends at Destination Daytona and talked custom kits at Toe Jam, helped make the holidays a little more fun for Florida families at Sugar for Kids, and sponsored many events that celebrate fellow riders in Kissimmee.
After all, bikers look out for bikers, and Rubenstein Law looks out for you.
Our involvement in the Kissimmee motorcycle community has connected us to various organizations that support our mission to help riders like you stay safe and active.
Is your bike out of commission? Over the years we’ve partnered with the best bike dealers, local repair shops, and bike organizations in Osceola County. Let us put you in touch with the people who do exceptional work.
We know great local medical professionals. If you’re hurt on a ride, we’re happy to make introductions, discuss your options, and help you get the best possible care or if you have a doctor you know and trust, you can always use them.
Motorcycle insurance can be tricky, but we handle claims every day. We know the players and how to make insurance companies do what’s right. Have a question? We'll find the answer.

If you’re looking for the best motorcycle route around Kissimmee, we’d recommend taking the 192 East from St Cloud to Melbourne, a trip through rural Florida farmland and wildlife preserves on Canoe Creek Road, or tour “The Scenic Highway” and the Central Florida Highlands along Route 17.
At the same time, we strongly recommend that riders have an understanding of some common motorcycle laws, and what you should do in case you’re ever in an accident.
Because after all, accidents do happen – even to experienced bikers.
Florida follows the Comparative Negligence Rule. Essentially, you can still receive compensation, but it will be reduced by your degree of fault. So, if you sustained $100,000 in damages, but shared 10% of the fault, you could recover $90,000.
It’s not all bike nights, rallies, and meetups at Rubenstein Law. Unfortunately, motorcycle accidents in Kissimmee are a reality. We hope you never need our services, but if you or a loved one need help, we’re always available and easy to reach.
